We have over 50000 thoughts a day, and the majority of them we are not even aware of. It is important that we understand we don't need to believe every thought that comes into our minds. The thoughts we either consciously or subconsciously give our agreement to become our beliefs. Our beliefs become the lens in which we see and experience our entire world. I share 12 core beliefs with you on today's episode that are really the foundation of everything I will talk about in this space.
