Do you know that 95% of what drives our behavior is unconscious? This means that our programming, and all that creates our experience in this life is completely by default. Our programming comes from habits, patterns, emotional states, and old beliefs we have acquired. If we want to change these parts of ourselves, we must first bring them into our consciousness.
