Do you know that 95% of what drives our behavior is unconscious? This means that our programming, and all that creates our experience in this life is completely by default. Our programming comes from habits, patterns, emotional states, and old beliefs we have acquired.  If we want to change these parts of ourselves, we must first bring them into our consciousness. THIS is what it means to wake up. On today's episode, I give you two skills that must be practiced and applied to your life if you want to live more awake.
