Overwhelm is an emotion that I am very familiar with, as are many of the moms I work with. So often we think overwhelm just has to do with all that we have going on as busy moms, but let's be honest if that was the case, we would be walking around in a constant state of overwhelm.  I want to challenge you to go deeper.

I believe overwhelm is that check engine light alerting us that we are out of alignment for who we want to be and where we want to be going. I believe we get out of alignment when we do two things. Take a listen as we define overwhelm in a new light and talk about ways we can reduce overwhelm in our lives.
