Here is a short 6-minute meditation that you can listen to first thing in the morning, evening, or during the day when you are feeling overwhelmed.  The purpose of this meditation is to bring you back to your breath. By just using your breath and my voice, I will guide you through a quick, but effective way to calm your mind and your body and help ground you into the present moment.
